Limited Warranty
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST:
DEEP IN THE MINES LLC (DITM) warranties its Breakout Boards against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for the period (1) year from the date of original purchase.

- DITM-8P-12-75
- DITM-W-12-75
WHAT DITM WILL DO:
DITM will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any and all parts found to be defective, through normal use, free of charge and return to the customer. DITM will pay shipping charges for returns to customers within the U.S. Foreign customers will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to and from the U.S. and any customs duties, taxes or fees assessed by the destination country. For all warranty claims the customer must request from DITM a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). DITM approves the RMA and the customer returns the product to DITM at their own expense, with the proof of purchase and RMA number on the box.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
PCB Broken or Bent (damages due to improper reshipping, incorrect installation falling or an external force.)
PCB Trace Scratched (scratches caused by incorrect installation, impact by a sharp object )
PCB/Components burnt (burnt PCB and components caused by unstable power. overvoltage. over-current or improper installations.)
PCB or Components Oxidized (damaged caused by humidity or weather conditions.)
Components Removed or Attempted Repair by Customer (such as switch, relay, edge card adapter, Sata port, and PCle ports.)
In no event does DITM’s liability under express or implied Warranty include incidental or consequential damages from any cause whatsoever. Notwithstanding to the contrary in no event shall DITM’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product and any such liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the Warranty period.
