Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Order Cancellations
A order paid via Credit/Debit card can be canceled at any time before shipment. Credit/Debit card processing fees are not refunded which is 2.9% + 30 cents on the total value as we don't get these fees refunded to us.
We don't accept cancellations for Bank wire or Cryptocurrecy payments.
Preorder Cancellations
We start to prep the orders for the shipment arrival in advance. All preorder orders will be able to be canceled up until 2 days before the expected ship date of the order.
Freight Forwarders
If a buyer chooses to use a freight forwarder it will be at their risk. Product warranties and returns will be void once the item reaches the forwarder.
Delivery Policy
Once a item shows "Delivered" status by the carrier we will not reship or refund a order if a customer claims the item was not delivered. High value orders are shipped with Signature Required.
Return Policy for Buyers Remorse
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery date of your order. Please email Support@deepinthemines.com with your order number to start a return. After your return is accepted buyers will have 7 days to ship the item back at their cost. Buyers remorse returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs held. Items must be returned in original packaging and all accessories included. If a item is returned and is not able to be resold in New condition it will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee and original shipping costs held.
Return Policy for Damage/Defective Items.
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery date of your order. Please email Support@deepinthemines.com with your order number to start a return. After your return is accepted buyers will have 7 days to ship the item back with our prepaid shipping label. If the buyer choose not to use our prepaid label and purchases a label on their own we will not reimburse them that cost. All items returned for damaged and defective will be tested. If tested and found to be in working condition or if the damage or defect was found to be the customers fault it will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
